FRI., OCT. 20. 2017 - JFK TO DFW - Overnight in the same Comfort Inn & Suites, JFK Airport. We claimed the suitcase we had stored at the hotel and repacked everything.  The following morning we had breakfast, watched some television and then went for a hamburger at a restaurant we had noticed when riding in from the airport on the hotel shuttle.  We split a hamburger and fries, with one Diet Coke and one bottled water and the bill was $32.  I guess food in all major cities of the world is pricey.  I remember we had two hamburgers and 2 coca cola's in Paris and the bill of $50.  When we returned to the hotel it was checkout time.  So we took care of that and then waited for the shuttle driver. Our flight departed at 2:55 p.m. and arrived at DFW at 5:51 p.m.  We made it home to Gilmer before 10 p.m.
